Mesa “Doghouse Workshop”

July 5, 2011 by Josh

This is an interesting video about the first workshop Randall Smith used when starting Mesa Engineering. From the description:

Randall Smith returns to the site of the original Doghouse Workshop and the place where Mesa/Boogie was originally born. Take a tour through this amazing piece of history still standing and listen to Randall reflect on the early days of building Boogies and the feeling of returning to the origin of Boogie so many years later.

This only proves that mesa is really a pioneer. Mesa are truly powerful amps, and it has a distinctive tone that many guitarists would want. I have used one of this last year, and it was awesome. I am just wishing to afford a hundred watt head.
Anyway, this is a nice video. Thanks for sharing.

I’ve also been using a Mesa amp for the past year or so, and it’s probably the best amp I’ve owned to date.
