Electrified: The Guitar Revolution
I recently received an e-mail letting me know about an upcoming guitar documentary called Electrified: The Guitar Revolution that will be showing on the Smithsonian Channel on August 15. Prior to the television airing, they are offering a streaming version of the documentary on their website, which I’ve embedded below. It’s a very interesting history of the electric guitar throughout the years.

heh, I wish I had 45 minutes to watch all of this now… but I am already an hour past when I was supposed to be in bed. Will watch when I get home from work tonight. Thanks for posting this here.
No matter what, I cannot get this video to load on my main computer. It loads fine on my other computer. I can’t figure it out. Is anyone else having this trouble?
Hi Nate, the video requires Flash, so maybe that’s your problem? The video still works fine on my computer.
