That’s too bad, Dennis. I’ve had mine for several months and I’ve never noticed any rocking. I can imagine that that would be pretty annoying. I have the hard case, so I can’t comment on the soft case that came with it. Please let us know how the problem gets resolved.

I just bought a Pedaltrain 2 over the weekend. Installed the velcro and mounted the pedals only to find that mine also rocks on the diagonal. Makes it pretty annoying with the tap tempo for my delay pedal. I have emailed Pedaltrain but since it is over the weekend I don’t expect that I’ll hear anything back until later in the week. Overall it seems very solid though. My biggest concerns are with the soft case that came with it… I hope it holds up. If not I’ll be emailing them again.

That’s too bad, ken. I haven’t had that problem at all. Did you let Pedaltrain know about it? The president, John Chandler, seemed like he’d be willing to help out someone who was having issues.

when I got mine it was uneven, and would consistently rock back and forth on a level surface. Its not so bad when its on carpet, but on concrete its annoying.
