I was pretty upset when I learned that my replacement phone( after I dropped my original about 50 times) did not have that feature. I always used it to record small ideas for songs, as well as recording some of my favorite guitarists' solos at concerts for later listening and enjoyment. I love the voice memo recording functions. I also like the free YouNote App - lets you record sound, take pics, text, and even a etch-a-sketch type function.
